Temples to Tanas are centered around the Tanasi bible, which contains both truths that have been revealed by Tanas to prophets and reflections written by the same. The book rests on a pedestal surrounded by a circular formation of seats (be they chairs or cushions on the floor). Behind that is an open space where Tanas’ crimson eye symbol is carved into the floor. This space takes many uses, from meditation to hangout-zone.
